1. ORDER & PURCHASE

We start the process with a chat about your desired Ketubah, taking in consideration style and colors, design elements, layers, size and shape, gilding, text, translation, time and budget.

Upon agreement on the general direction and receipt of the completed order form, a Reserved Listing will be made for you with sensitive timeframe. Please purchase it in a timely fashion.

Make sure you ask about and understand our limited accommodation capacity for custom work.

2. PROOF & APPROVAL

The schedule you receive will contain proofing and shipping dates.

A Digital Proof will be emailed to you upon purchasing. Please review and have your comments ready in a timely fashion. We can go through as many revisions as needed to ensure complete satisfaction. Only upon your final approval we will go into production and shipping.

If you request a physical proof of paper, calligraphy or gilding, please note that more time is needed for the process.

3. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

General expected Turnaround from purchasing to delivery:

3 to 6 months

The time above is available year round including the busy wedding season March through October and the holidays season November through January.

For orders under 3 months, please ask if we can accommodate you on an expedited schedule.
